D. JAVIER DE ORO

Francisco Javier de Oro-Pulido has over 30 years experience as a real estate professional. He previously worked in Cobasa (Real Estate unit of Dragados Group), Caja de Madrid real estate division, Realia, Reyal Urbis, Aliseda as General Manager, having developed more than 30,000 homes throughout his professional career.
During his time at Aliseda, he was responsible for a team with a portfolio of thousands of assets worth over 10 billion euros.
Mr. Oro-Pulido holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE and a Master's Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

PILAR ESCOBAR

Pilar Escobar has been director of expansion and urban planning at Aelca since she joined in 2019. Her duties include the analysis of economic and urban land variables, as well as the leadership of urban land management processes.
With 20 years of experience in the sector, she was part of the management of Aliseda or Grupo Dico, as well as working in other companies such as Knight Frank or Grupo Carrefour.
Pilar holds a degree in Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a Master's Degree in Urban and Land Planning from the same educational institution. She is also a lecturer in the COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid) programme for professionals in the real estate sector.

MARIA JESUS LARRAZ

Maria joined Aelca in 2021. With over 30 years experience, her career has been linked to real estate and urban planning consultancy, contributing her legal vision in companies linked to real estate development, financial entities and the public sector; before Aelca, she developed her career in companies such as LandCo, Aliseda, Liberbank, Grupo Prasa and Madrid City Council, among others

Maria holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Universidad San Pablo - CEU.

D. FRANCISCO CORDERO

Francisco Cordero is director of finance and planning at Aelca. He joined Aelca in 2022. He has 30 years of experience in management positions such as CFO or treasury and financing director.
He has 15 years of experience in real estate companies SAREB, ING REIM, CBRE Global Investors, Metrovacesa and another 15 years of experience in financial consulting at Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and ADISA; as well as in companies in the consumer sector: Luis Piña Group and Pikolinos Group.
Francisco holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga. MBA Instituto de Empresa.

FERNANDO ARBOLEDAS

Fernando Arboledas is Aelca's production director. He joined Aelca as technical director in 2020, moving to his current position in 2022.
With 35 years of experience in the sector, he has been part of the Management of Assignia Infraestructuras, as well as working for other companies as building director at Dragados for 17 years and at FCC for another 9 years.
Fernando holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management from the same university (UPM).
